You can replace the dates or raisins with something like honey or agave nectar. Try 1/4 to 1/2 cup, depending on taste. Adjust the liquids accordingly. Also you can try Sucanat. You can replace the soymilk with nonfat milk, but I do not recommend it. What about rice milk?

No, you cannot replace with nonfat milk. Just become vegan, you'll be a happier person if you do. Stop trying to change things, accept GOD and nature, don't kill animals and eat them or their fluids. Jesus would not eat/drink animals or their fluids.
