| Wine is Alcohol, so no it's not okay. Yes a patient with HBV can marry, and the steps are make sure the partner gets tested, and if found not to be infected than they can get a shot for it. The baby (depending on who has HBV) could get it at birth, but also has to be tested for it, and given a shot (I guess in a set of three, for 6 months each shot. ) that's from what I've read. | |
