Let's be real, there is no way that 4-5 cops could not handcuff the guy, obviously they were looking forward or for a reason to taser the guy, he obviously gave them a good reason but even so, there was no excuse for having to taser him. Anyone who agrees on that sort of brute force deserves to have the be on the receiving end as he was. The second Secret Societies came up they cut the mic off lol.

Yeah. If you pay attention, you also hear him refer to the event as "the Kerry protest." This was no protest. It was an annual forum run by the student group ACCENT which had recent Presidential candidate John Kerry as the guest speaker. It's obvious from his characterizat​ion of the event as a "protest" (& the fact that he has the screaming girl holding his camera during all of this - save for his initial removal for storming the mic out of turn) that he came to cause a scene.

Just acted an ass in a school function so they told him to leave & he started screaming about being arrested for asking questions(des​pite not having asked a single thing nor having been arrested). They agreed to let him ask a question in 30 seconds then he had to leave & talk to cops about violating student code of conduct but he hogged the mic for a minute & a half without giving Kerry one question to answer, then he cussed so they cut the mic & resumed removal. He fought so he was arrested.

Ignored the forum rules. Got ejected by the university authority. Refused to leave on his own. Was escorted out by the police. Resisted them. Was arrested. Kept resisting. Was subdued. Made a plea deal, served 18 months, cost his parents 250k in legal bills, threatened to file a civil rights case which never materialized because (ironically) of the videos which proved his rights weren't violated.
