She's 32 here in 1985 (b.1953) Amazing isn't it, I mean to me she looks A LOT younger. I thought she looked more like 19 or something along those lines. How youthful she looks.

If you read about this song on wikipedia, you will find out that Cyndi actually hated this song, which was why it was rare to find in her CDs until 2003. Apparently she was always exhausted filming this because the director was way too pushy with her and she hated every minute of it. It's a shame that she really hates this song because I'm sure a lot of us agree it's great.

I love this song so much, and the music video is just great! Reminds me a little of the live parts with the pirate and his parrot on Spongebob episodes. Is it me or were the 1980s and 1990s very child friendly/orie​ntated decades, and the last 2000-2009 decade and this 2010-2019 seem to be a lot more for adults. I mean you compare this 80s song/video to one of Rihanna's or Lady Gaga's 00-09 decade ones, theirs are completely based on profanity and sex, only for dirty teens and those in their 20s!
