Also, saying that Silversun Pickups sound like the Smashing Pumpkins doesn't imply their members are AS GOOD as Billy and his crew. They just sound alike, they do (trust me!), but I don't think their drummer is AS good as Chamberlain. The ones stealing the show here are Brian and Nikki, and not even... I mean, this is their beginning goddamn it!

Have a listen of their album, "Swoon." It screams "Siamese Dream" from the very first couple of seconds (to be even more precise, the first track screams "Silverfuck".​) Which isn't really a compliment. It's rather disappointing, because I don't hear a lot of originality and these guys can play; even the artwork reminds me of Siamese Dream (the fonts.) But I do believe Silversun Pickups are the next big shit. And yes it is fair to compare them to Siamese Dream... for now.

People comparing this so smashing pumpkins are silly. Smashing pumpkins are on another level. This is some watered down depressing shit and it's too fast for rock grunge. It's a decent song, but let's not get carried away and compare them to smashing pumpkins.

Hey, kids. I'm a little more older than most of yall (34 yrs old). I grew up on the grunge in the 90s. The 90s were awesome for rock/rap/R&B,​ I could tell you this. This decade has been a lil watered down when it comes down to music. Maybe , I'm just old, but this Silversun group is fuckin good. I've heard some of their songs, thanks to guitar hero(my kids) LOLOL. Simil​ar to Smashing Pumpkins. Enjoy this Silvesiun group for now, cuz they rock, man. Peace out.

It's like Coheed and Cambria, a lot of people thought Claudio was a woman until they saw him either live or the video for A Favor House Atlantic (Good Eye Sniper) and it was a shocker to many. These guys are great, their music is fluid, soft, and his voice is awesome.
