not really, originals are not always better. well, it actually depends on what kind of music u like. i mean, i like new found glory's cover of the promise but i hate the original one. and also happy together, in my opinion, simple plan did an epic job covering it. its like 89023940 times better, for me tho. it depends on every person. but still, i like his cover. it makes me feel warm inside. =D

Props to panic for covering counting crows and third eye blind and not butchering either of them. This version felt a little flat to me, would like to have heard more of the singer's own voice come through, he's got a good one.
