personally. its best to stretch with no flare plugs for me. i have no flare plugs with oring grooves. and i tape the center so i still put the orings on.

I used the teflon tape, and I didn't think it would work for me, but to my surprise, about a week later I was finally able to fit in my next size of plugs which I'd been trying to dead stretch to for months lol On a different note, I was wondering, if you'd think it was safe to use teflon tape to stretch my septum. It's currently at a 14g and my goal size is either a 2 or 0. And how I would go about taping it. Thanks

spencers has bondage tape. or u can go get teflon tape. at walmart or any home improvement store. personally i wouldnt get it from walmart, their rolls are cheap and thin.

i tried using medical tape and that wouldnt go in and im only 15 so i cant go to a sex shop for bondage tape or buy that other tape that he said online cuz i dont have a credit card, and obviously i cant use electrical tape so what else could i use?

Just to clean it man,that's why most peoples ears and plugs stink.Plus it's good to take them out and let your ears rest,right after I shower I do a vitamin E oil rub and go to sleep :)
