It's possible that one could form an addiction to pornography and become so absorbed by it that it becomes a fetish, which means they cannot get hard/aroused without it present. In fact, the number of cases where this occurs is rising fast, which is certainly alarming.

Also true: Andrology (from the Greek andros, man) is the medical specialty that deals with men's health, particularly relating to the problems of the male reproductive system and urological problems that are unique to men. It is a branch of medicine concerned with diseases specific to men, particularly infertility and sexual dysfunction.

I believe what she is referring to is Andrology, which is a specialty of Urology involving the male urinary system and sex organs. The difference is that a Urologist is less specialized and doesn't focus on one sex or the other, whereas the Andrologist focuses mostly on the male anatomy. Hope this helps.

Okay, I did not know what a proctologist was, but I googled it and found out it was a doctor who diagnses and treats diseases of the anus and rectum (and pelvis floor). Perhaps you mean urologist. I don't have a thingie either so I am answering from ignorance.
