i Cant Believe IE has all these Security Holes,thats always been the browser ive used since ive always used Windows....to​ be honest i really wasnt aware of the Magnitude of these Security issues until just a few Days ago... i use Firefox or Chrome now and will probably continue to do so for a long time...both are Safer and much Faster,however i Hope IE and Microsoft can get these Problems fixed.

make sure its compatible with your own antivirus before downloading though some antivirus sometimes fight with eachother.

yes I know those were just examples, well its most likely adware not just average popups, try downloading some antivirus that may help, you could try the ad-aware trial, spybot search and destroy, superantispyw​are, avast, avg, or kaspersky. you could also try using system restore to restore the computer to a time before you started having this problem but it is not recommended.
