You can add more effects, like doing fake darkcircles with dark rusty color on the area and add some black eyeshadow on the lids (upper and downer) , and then use a brown colored blush and add it with a circle motion under your cheekbones, to highlight your cheekbones. It will make your face look thiner, very vampirish. Add some dark purple (not to bright and going between purple and black) lipstick...

there are probably some places online where you can buy contacts, although you'd probably be better going to an eye doctor to get a perscription on some lenses and have them fit your eyes so the color will fit over your iris. they will look more realistic that way and they'll probably be a better quality pair, although they'll still be fairly expensive depending on what brand you decide to go with

I wouldn't recommend the rubber, or plastic teeth. You can buy cap fangs from Hot Topic, which can easily be applied and taken off. The cap fangs look very realistic, and are used in the movies.
