You should also change the water pump, for the few pounds they cost - it stops further problems which will mean a new cambelt and tensioner again! Wear gloves too, if you contaminate the belt with oil or dirt from your hands it will eventually cause problems and snap it. Oil and belts do not mix. It would have been more use showing how it is done with the engine IN the car!

With the correct tools, on an MGF/TF this takes about two hours, and then probably less to put everything back on. Do it the same way the video does it, don't cut corners!!! Al​so, some Kseries have a 'manual' tensioner. You have to rotate the crank once to get it to the correct tension. If you can't get the crank pulley bolt off. Take the starter out, and then jam a pair of long nose pliers down the back (making sure you don't lose them down then).
