Certainly we cannot compare Fedor to other sportsmen from other kinds of sports. But his behaviour, his way of life, his belief makes Fedor one of the best sportsmen today. Moreover, not only the best sportsmen, but one of best persons in the world. He says that for him the main thing is belief in God, then his family, and then his sport. Whether such qualities of character are inherent to the true athletes in that sense in which the Greek Olympians meant it?
