not at all dude if you take the whole exhaust off yes it will after a while but theres not enough back pressur diference to cause damage if you only remove the baffle
@elliotmotoX ...   (motabikeboy)14.3.2010
@elliotmotoX listen, your also very very wrong. they have exhaust pipes but no muffler. a muffler is what makes back pressure. all racing engines will have a small graded muffler that mearly muffles any noise as it would in most cases be a legal requirement. as i said notice dragsters dont have a "muffler" but they just ahave a plain tuned pipe. because it is the shape of the pipe on four strokes that effects the mollecule flow just out of the engine.
@oOBRDOo sorry ...   (motabikeboy)14.3.2010
@oOBRDOo sorry your wrong. that only occurs with 2 strokes as 2 strokes thrive on back pressure. four stroked dont want back pressure. why do you think dragsters and all those types of engines dont have a muffler just a pipe straight out of the engine. they are four stroke...

you wont lose any HP, you will lose torque which is created by higher compression which you will lose by removing the baffle

taking out the baffle makes it loose compression and takes away HP so it might sound cool but u loose some HP just a tip

The frame doesn't ...   (elliotmotoX)27.9.2009
The frame doesn't have anything to do with how the bike runs. Notice how badly the 07 runs compared to the 09. You know you can't win this argument that's why you run off.

My 09 with the DEP S7 works a lot better.
If back pressure is ...   (elliotmotoX)27.9.2009
If back pressure is not needed on 4 strokes why do all the top GP race bikes, Grand Prix cars, dragster etc all have exhaust pipes? I don't know the exact reason why they need back pressure but If you have ever seen a dyno test of a bike without a muffler you will notice the HP readings are far lower.
Fuck off as if it ...   (elliotmotoX)27.9.2009
Fuck off as if it will give you max power, what a load of shit. You are probably the most fucking up them self person I know
fuck up you are ...   (elliotmotoX)27.9.2009
fuck up you are talking shit, I read all these comments and back pressure is necessary for an engine to run well. According to your theory an engine would make more power if you removed the exhaust pipe. It's there to create back pressure you fuckwit.
