Before the creation of the United States no nation ever had the ability to control its own money. Europe was dominated by a system of private Central Banking. T​he Bank of England is a perfect example, whereby you have a cabal that sit on the board of the Bank, and control the issuance of money, and yet still hold chairs on the boards of private financial firms. So you have a private financial oligarchy that controls the flow of money in a system of usury, which is not oriented to economy.

Buckley is kind of a bullshitter... As soon as Chomsky corners him, Buckley switches off to a new subject - usually when Chomsky is mid-sentence!
