With the correct tools, on an MGF/TF this takes about two hours, and then probably less to put everything back on. Do it the same way the video does it, don't cut corners!!! Al​so, some Kseries have a 'manual' tensioner. You have to rotate the crank once to get it to the correct tension. If you can't get the crank pulley bolt off. Take the starter out, and then jam a pair of long nose pliers down the back (making sure you don't lose them down then).
