Actually "bro" if you would listen closely. He says other employees have taken stock options. That means that even if the total stock options by all other employees combined would be 1% and 50 cent had 50% equity then the most any other individual could have is 49% equity. This being said if someone owns 50% equity in a company and nobody else owns 50% aka <49% that would make him owner of the company and make the others part owners.

Right, I'm not trying to take anything away from 50, if you listen to him or watch clips about him, he has sick work ethic and very driven. He is also very business savy and sounds extremely smart when discussing business. Just pointing out that Chris Lighty is the reason he has made more from his business opportunities​ than he has his music, the guy is sick.

@markymark319, very nice business knowledge. Though you got to admit, he is a workaholic, a very good worker and gets the job done. I don't know how much of a business man 50 is but expect him to suck up as much money as possible. Any rapper that Fiddy puts in as priority in G-Unit goes big, movies get promotion if they star Fiddy and he got so many skills that makes you wonder "What the hell did he do so special to make him so rich?!". Damn, I'm still scratching my head on that one.
